Staff was very helpful and communicated through the entire process. Staff did a great job keeping the job site clean and picking up after each day.

We had an excellent experience with Great Way. We had leaks this winter; they tarped our roof until they could to the work. The work was carefully completed within the promised time frame. Tim was outstanding-literally held our hand every inch of the way. He kept us posted throughout, sent photos and videos of the work and was completely responsive to our many inquiries. He really cared that the job was done well and that we were satisfied.
